Sometimes, I will favor a request regardless of the restrictions, this however, comes with a custom price. This is non-negotiable, so please be certain with that in mind when you want to commission me.

Extra Payments

The corresponding surcharge will be determined privately, and based on: pose complexity, character complexity, how many characters will be in the artwork, the number of edits made after the sketching process.

What can you do with the drawing?

As a client you have my permission to publish the final drawing that you bought, as long as you do not remove the watermark/credit written in the drawing. You will still receive the unwatermarked copy of the artwork for your personal use.

For personal entertainment and non-commercial purposes, you may use the unwatermarked version of the final work.
For sharing on social media sites, please use the watermarked version. If you will post closeups of the work, please include “Art by Maddoxile” or “Art by BeastBite Creations” in the description/caption where you are posting.

Always remember: it may be your drawing, but you did not draw it. You may not claim my art as your own. You may, however, repost it with proper credit (@maddoxile).
Please do not use any of my art (commissioned or not) in AI training/generating. Due to the rise of AI, I no longer provide the PSD files for anything other than bases.

What rights does the artist have?

I have the right to refuse to carry out any work or cancel a commission if the client behaves in an inappropriate, rude manner. You will be reimbursed the payment or percentage thereof, depending on the case.
I have the right to change the terms and conditions to commission me if I see it necessary.
Unless the client wishes to keep the final artwork private, I have the right to publish the final work on my page and/or social media platforms.

Commission Process

A down payment of 50% is required for me to start on your commission. This is non-negotiable, and protects both me as the artist and you as the client.

For any reference sheet commissions (Detailed and Premium packages especially), the payment can be made in 10 USD installments!

Payment will be made through PAYPAL INVOICE or by sending to PayPal.Me/madd0x1l3 only. I have ran into problems regarding payment when someone insisted I give my email instead (not to mention that it is a common scam). To avoid this same problem, it is part of the terms and conditions that payment will only be made through a PayPal invoice sent by me. This is also non-negotiable.
You may request for as many edits as you like as long as the project has not gone past the sketching process.
Major edits on the artwork requested past the line art process will be charged 3 USD per edit.
